The Green Room is Central Park’s dedicated recycling hub, providing tenants with a simple way to responsibly dispose of a wide range of materials beyond everyday office recycling. In addition to paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals, the facility accepts items such as batteries, toner cartridges, e-waste, polystyrene, clothing and household goods—helping reduce landfill while encouraging more sustainable workplace practices.

As part of its commitment to more sustainable transport, Central Park offers tenants access to a shared Tesla electric vehicle in partnership with MOJO Car Share. Available exclusively to tenants, the service provides a convenient, low-emission transport option for business meetings, appointments and personal travel, reducing reliance on private vehicle ownership while supporting lower-emission mobility
